Situational Leadership II January 12-13, 2005--8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Overview Situational Leadership II (SLII) provides a comprehensive yet practical method of effectively managing people, time, and resources. The leader empowered by SLII uses a combination of four styles--Directing, Coaching, Supporting, and Delegating. The workshop teaches leaders how to identify the needs of their team members and then tailor their own management style to each situation. SLII, designed by the Ken Blanchard Companies, has been extensively used by the International Mission Board during the past several years. It has proven to be the best workshop to help people lead and supervise others.
