Pre-Forum Workshop Information
Leadership Encounter with Jesus
January 14-15, 2003--8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Overview
Leadership Encounter with Jesus (LEJ) is an interactive experience designed to challenge
participants to "Lead Like Jesus." LEJ is based on the power of the heart, head, hands, and habits
of leading like Jesus. It is a two-day transformational encounter with Jesus as a role model,
employing a combination of video, short instructor-led presentations, small and large group
discussions, case studies, personal reflection, and interactive exercises. This experience, which
was designed by Ken Blanchard and The Center for FaithWalk Leadership, was attended by 45
people during the January 2003 National Missionary Training Forum.
