personnel. ICEL courses are training resources for those exploring eventual
cross-cultural service and leadership development resources for those already
in service.

Participation in individual study courses is accessible to anyone at any
time.
Courses are designed to be completed in 5-7 weeks, but they can be
self-paced. A maximum of six months is allowed to complete a course.
Courses may be completed by individuals or teams, fostering interaction
with content, with colleagues, and with one's own ministry experience.
Each course concludes with a Capstone Project that integrates learning
with the learner's ministry assignment.
Prepared in a variety of formats, they are designed with the cross-cultural
worker as the target learner.
Courses may be built around multiple readings, developed around a
recommended text, constructed from materials used in skills workshops,
or written specifically for ICEL learners.
All courses are available in print (workbook format). Some are available in
